The Bucs go home for the season after losing to the Titans 13 to 33.
The Buccaneers and Titans faced off in a game that meant nothing to the Buccaneers, but gave them a chance to finish the season with some pride. The Buccaneers failed miserably and were thoroughly dominated 33 to 13. The Bucs are ready for this season to be over and so are their fans.

As the Bucs did not show up for the game, I don't see any reason to elaborate. They were demolished by the Titans and failed to dominate in any aspect of the game. The Bucs have many areas that need to be addressed before the start of the next season.

1. They need to hire a new GM to replace Rich McKay. Hopefully they will find someone who shares the same philosophy as Jon Gruden as far as player personnel.
2. Special teams this year was absolutely dreadful. A coaching change is needed to improve this aspect of the team.
3. The Bucs will have a first round draft pick this year and desperately need help on the offensive side of the ball. How will this draft pick be used, will it be on our offensive line or a speed receiver or an up and coming running back?
4. Will Warren Sapp be re-signed?
5. It will be interesting to see how Gruden fills player personnel holes. Will he get new personnel through the draft or will he go with veteran players? If he goes through veteran players, hopefully he will avoid some of the more unsavory characters like Andre Rison. I agree it is nice to have veterans on the team, because they pick up offenses a lot quicker, but it's always good to have a pool of youthful players that are waiting in the wings to be the stars of tomorrow.
6. Gruden needs to seriously address the Kenyatta Walker situation. It may be time to cut our losses with him.
7. Will Mike Alstott be healthy and be able to come back next year? If so, will he be given an honest shot at being our feature back?
8. Who will be our #1 receiver next year?

All these areas need to be resolved and some will be sooner than later. This will prove to be a very interesting off season for the Buccaneers as they start to prepare for next season. Keep your eyes on the Bucs, there should be a lot of news in the off season regarding many of these issues.
