Well it's been a long time since I updated this page, but I'm done with two full years now. Just started my third year in January. My goal is to still graduate in December this year even though we will be having our second child right in the middle of my last semester. I'm working on seeing if the school will allow me to take classes this summer and a lesser schedule in my last semester. As far as grades go, I've been pretty happy. I made Honor Roll in Spring 2005 and Fall 2005. That was a big surprise to me. This semester I'm only taking three classes, but I am doing a clinic for credit at the State Attorney's Office in Sarasota. So far I've only gotten the chance to actually go to court once. The rest of the time, I've been researching and observing so it's been pretty boring. I'm President of the Health Care Law Association on campus and that kept me pretty busy last semester. We're not doing as much this semester, which is good considering I'm only on campus two days a week. I was there five days last semester (I took 18 credits, which about killed me when exam time came). This will be my last semester as President as I am not going to run again with so much going on my last semester. I'll be taking the bar in February 2007. Hopefully I'll only have to take it once!

- February 21, 2006 - I went to the doctor for my first OB appointment. The appointment took 2 1/2 hours! But at least I got a sonogram so I could see the baby for the first time. I know it doesn't look like one, after all I'm only two months along, but it was very reassuring to see and hear the heartbeat. We are very excited about the upcoming arrival and Lizzie can hardly wait to have a baby brother or sister. She really wants a sister, but we told her we don't know what it is until the doctor tells us in a couple of months. Robert really wants a boy so he can take him fishing and golfing. I'll be happy with a happy and healthy baby no matter what it is!
- July 2005 - Michael came down to visit us. We couldn't make it for his graduation in May so we opted to fly him down here for a week. Robert spent the most time with him. They went fishing and golfing. Michael and Robert's brother, David, got along well and spent some time together. I was glad there was someone close to Michael's age that he could talk to while he was here. I'm sure he wasn't looking forward to having to talk to a 4 yr old for a week.
- May 2005 - Well Sadie's not a little puppy anymore. She's growing up to be a very pretty dog. We are very happy with her. She's the best house dog and family dog. She was a little scared when we first brought her home in December, but has really grown to love us. She doesn't want to be around anyone but us, even though we socialized her like crazy by taking her for walks and to the park to be around other people. She's just happy to be with her family. Lizzie and her get along pretty well for the most part. There are times when Elizabeth can get a little rough but Sadie knows how to fight back. She is house trained and kennel trained and I couldn't be happier with our choice.
